Description of Products

We take all reasonable care to describe our products accurately, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content is error free. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however great care is taken to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods. When an order is received by us we will send you an email confirming the order. When your order is shipped we will send you a further email confirming the shipment. Non-acceptance of an order could be due to items being unavailable or authorisation issues with your payment. Should there be any difficulties with your order we will let you know.

Payment

We accept payment from any major credit card except American Express. Payment will be positively sanctioned from your account before goods are dispatched. You undertake that you are authorised to use the credit/debit card given when you place your order.

Promotions

Any discount code offered to customers online is applicable to full-priced items only and always excludes sale items and gift vouchers.
